Ingredients
  • Egg- 1
  • Salt- to taste
  • Pepper- 1/5th tsp
  • Oil- 0.5 tsp
Directions
  • Step 1 Take some aluminium foil and form a ring (about an inch high) as shown in video.
  • Step 2 Separate egg white in a bowl and beat it until it turns into a foam. It should be firm and not runny.
  • Step 3 In a pan place the aluminium ring and heat 0.5 tsp oil inside the ring.
  • Step 4 Now transfer the beaten egg white (foam) into the ring and cover the pan for 2 mins on medium flame.
  • Step 5 Add the egg yolk over the egg white and cover for another 2 mins on medium flame.
  • Step 6 Gently lift the egg out of the pan and place it on a flat surface.
  • Step 7 Cut and remove the aluminium ring. Place the egg on a plate.
  • Step 8 Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve along with some toasted bread.
